LOKHEED MARTIN F-22 RAPTOR:
The fighter jet Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor is a fighter jet
that having the twin engines and having single seat so that only a single pilot
can operate and fly it for the air to air and air to surface attacks, it is the
all weather stealth tactical fighter aircraft for the fighting air to air and
air to surface developed for the USAF united states Air Force. That is the
result of the Unites states Air Force’s USAF's advanced tactical fighter ( ATF)
program, Primarily the aircraft was designed as an Air superiority fighter, but
also has the capability of the ground (surface) attacks signal intelligence
capabilities and electronic warfare. The prime contractor of the Lockheed
martin, built most of the F-22's weapons system, air frame and conducted the
final assembly, while the wings was provided by the Boeing, aft fuselage,
avionics integration, and training systems was also provided by the Boeing.
The officials of the Service had originally planned to buy a
total of 750 ATFs. In 2009, due to the high costs the program was cut to 187
operational production aircraft, a lack of clear air to air missions due to
delays in Chinese and Russian fighter programs, development of the more
versatile F-35 and a ban on exports. In 2012 the last fighter aircraft
F-22 was delivered.

In the U.S. Air
Force inventory the F-22 Raptor is considered the first 5th-generation fighter,
using the low observable technologies,
efficient engines and modern avionics to offer an air superiority fighter
unmatched by any other military that is modern.
A critical
component of the Global Strike Task Force critical component is the F-22 Raptor, that is
designed to project air dominance, at great distance and rapidly and defeat
threats attempting to deny the access to our nation's Army, Air Force, Navy and
Marine Corps. By any known or projected fighter aircraft The F-22 cannot be
matched.
A combination of the sensor capability, situational
awareness, integrated avionics, and weapons provides the 1st kill
opportunity against threats. The F-22 Raptor also some core functions possesses
a sophisticated sensor suite allowing the pilot to track, identify, kill and
shoot air to air threats before being detected. Significant advances in sensor
fusion and cockpit design improve the situational awareness of the pilot. In
the air to air configuration the Raptor carries two Aim-9 sidewinders and six
AIM-120 AMRAAMs.
The fighter jet F-22 has a significant capability and
very accurate to attack surface targets. In the configuration of the air to
ground the aircraft can carry two 1,000-pound GBU-32 Joint Direct Attack Munitions
internally and will use on the board avionics for weapons delivery support and
navigation. With the addition of an upgraded radar In the future air-to-ground
capability will be enhanced and up to eight small diameter bombs. The fighter
Raptor will also carry two AIM-9s AND two AIM-120s in the configuration of the
air to air.
